1. Definitions
"Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to RightCare.
"Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the individual purchasing or using our services.
"Services" refers to appliance insurance plans, claims support, and any related offerings provided by RightCare.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan.
You confirm that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
3. Service Coverage
Coverage applies only to appliances specifically listed in your plan.
Full details, including inclusions and exclusions, are provided in your plan documents.
Appliances must be in working condition at the time of plan purchase; pre-existing faults are not covered.
4. Payments & Renewals
Payments must be made in full and on time according to the plan selected.
Service plans will not automatically renew unless explicitly stated.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of coverage.
5. Exclusions
Our plans do not cover:
Pre-existing damage or issues.
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Appliances used for business or commercial purposes.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
If cancelled after 14 days but within 28 days, a partial refund may be considered depending on circumstances.
After 28 days, plans are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Claims Process
All claims must be submitted through our official support channels.
Proof of purchase and appliance details may be required.
RightCare reserves the right to repair, replace, or reimburse as per the plan terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
RightCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current plan.
9. Changes to Terms
RightCare reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised terms.
