At RightCare, we aim to deliver dependable appliance insurance services with transparency and fairness. If you’re not fully satisfied with your plan, our refund policy ensures you know your rights and options.
1. Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel your plan within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
No hidden charges, no complications.
2. Refunds After 14 Days
If you cancel after 14 days but within 28 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on your plan and circumstances.
After 28 days, service plans are non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer laws.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued if:
A claim has already been made under the plan.
The appliance was ineligible for coverage at the time of purchase.
The coverage term has expired.

When requesting, please include your full name, plan details, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be returned to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
5. Payment Methods Accepted
RightCare accepts secure payments via:
Debit or Credit Card (online checkout)
Bank Transfer / Direct Debit
Regardless of the payment method used, your 14-day cancellation right remains protected.
6. Plan Activation & Payments
Once you subscribe, your plan will be activated, and you’ll be notified of the start date and payment confirmation.
If a payment fails and we do not hear from you, your plan may be automatically cancelled.

RightCare reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services means acceptance of those updates.
